Creamy Broccoli and Beans
|Reduced calorie margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||3 Tablespoon|
|Fresh broccoli||1⁄2 Pound, cut up (About 2 Cups)|
|Wax beans||16 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine margarine, onion and Italian seasoning.
Microwave at High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Stir in flour.
Blend in milk.
Add broccoli and beans.
Microwave at High for 5 to 6 minutes longer, or until broccoli is tender and sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
