Deviled Green Beans

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Sliced pimentos 2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen cut green beans 9 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
Directions

Insert shredding disc; shred cheese and set aside.
Change to metal blade.
Process garlic until chopped.
Cut onion and green pepper into chunks; discard green pepper seeds.
Add onion and green pepper to garlic and process with on-off bursts until coarsely chopped.
Add pimentos and process with 2 on-off bursts.
Melt butter in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped vegetables and, stirring occasionally, cook until onion is limp (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in mustard, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and beans.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole; sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
