Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Canned low sodium tomatoes 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low sodium mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
3. Add beans, tomatoes, pepper, garlic, and mayonnaise. Stir until heated through.
4. Pour into a baking dish greased with margarine. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes.
