Ingredients
  Chopped celery with tops 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Apple 1 , grated
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked great northern beans/Navy beans 45 Ounce, cooked, drained (Three 15 Ounce Cans, 5 Cups)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 3 1/2-quart crock pot. Cook covered on high heat for one hour. Reduce to low and cook for 7 more hours.
