Green Beans Piquant
|Green beans||1 Pound|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt and pepper||1|
1. Wash beans. Remove ends. Cut into 2-inch pieces.
2. Cook beans.
3. When beans are tender, add butter, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss lightly until butter is melted and beans are well coated with mixture. Add salt and a dash of freshly ground pepper to taste.
