Baked Bean Pie
|Canned luncheon meat||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Maple flavored syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned pork and beans in tomato sauce||21 Ounce, partially drained (1 Can, 1 Pound 5 Ounce)|
|Hot dog relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded sharp process american cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut luncheon meat in 8 slices; brush each slice with syrup.
Arrange meat slices around inner edge of 9-inch pie plate.
In saucepan, combine pork and beans, hot dog relish, and onion; bring to boiling.
Pour bean mixture into pie plate; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 20 minutes or till meat is lightly browned.
