Green Beans and Meat in Tomato Sauce
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Lamb/Beef / pork||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Canned whole tomatoes||16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cut green beans||20 Ounce, partially thawed (Packaged)|
|Noodles/Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion and garlic and saute until golden, about 5 minutes.
Add meat, stirring until it is no longer pink.
Blend in tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and cinnamon.
Simmer until meat is tender about 20 minutes.
Add beans and simmer until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
