Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry/Water 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced / pressed
  Minced fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Green beans 1 Pound, cut diagonally into 2 inch lengths
Directions

Stir together soy, sugar, and sherry; set aside.
In a wok or wide frying pan, toast sesame seeds over medium heat until golden (about 3 minutes), stirring often.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Increase heat to medium-high and pour oil into pan.
When oil is hot, stir in garlic, ginger, and beans; cook, stirring, for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in soy mixture; reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook until beans are tender-crisp to bite (about 7 more minutes).
Uncover, increase heat to high, and boil, stirring, until almost all liquid has evaporated (1 to 3 minutes).
Pour onto a warmed platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
