Ingredients
  Dried pinto beans 1 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned low sodium tomato paste 24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Each Cans)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Soak beans in water overnight. Do not drain.
2. Cook beans in water about 60 minutes or until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
