Green Beans With Blue Cheese And Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients
  Frozen cut green beans 20 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Roasted red pepper strips 3 Ounce, drained and silvered (1/2 Jar)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blue cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled (3/4 Cup)
  Italian style bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Yellow bell pepper To Taste
Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Spray 2-quart oval casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
COMBINE green beans, red pepper strips, salt and white pepper in prepared dish.
PLACE cream cheese and milk in small saucepan; heat over low heat, stirring until melted.
Add blue cheese; stir only until combined.
Pour cheese mixture over green bean mixture and stir until green beans are coated.
COMBINE bread crumbs and margarine in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over casserole.
BAKE, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with bell peppers and Italian parsley, if desired.
