Hot Or Cold Carob Froth
|Cold milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Carob powder||3 Tablespoon|
For a cold froth: blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and foamy, then serve.
For hot froth: Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over a medium flame. As you heat the mixture, the volume of the foam will increase as the air inside the bubbles heats, so watch carefully to avoid boil-overs. Test the liquid, not the foam, for the best drinking temperature.
