Braised Artichokes And Beans

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Broad beans/4 ounce frozen broad beans 8 Ounce, shelled (250 Gram, Fresh)
  Canned artichoke hearts 14 Ounce, drained (440 Gram)
  Vegetable stock 8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup, 250 Milliliter)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat, add garlic and onions and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onions are soft.
2. Add carrots, beans, artichokes and stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with black pepper.
