Green Bean Sunflower Seed Salad
|Fresh green beans||1 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, minced|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Tamari soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry roasted sunflower seeds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Toasted Sunflower Seeds)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Wash beans, remove ends and cut into 1-inch lengths.
Cook in as little water as possible until tender, but still firm.
Combine beans with other ingredients except sunflower seeds.
Serve chilled green beans on salad greens, topped with toasted sunflower seeds.
