String Beans Lyonnaise

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , diced
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Pinch
  String beans 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Hot Cooked Or Canned)
Directions

Saute diced bacon in a skillet until brown.
Remove bacon from skillet, and reserve.
To bacon fat remaining in skillet, add the onion, and saute until tender.
Add the seasonings and cooked bacon; pour over beans.
Mix lightly with a fork, and serve.
