Green Beans & Cauliflower
|Vegetable oil/Butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Cauliflower flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1/4-inch slices (Use Fresh Cauliflower)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Frozen cut green beans||10 Ounce, thawed, drained (1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tamari soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Muenster cheese/Diced jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
Melt butter or heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Saute cauliflower, onion and green beans in butter or oil for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
In a small bowl, combine water, cornstarch or arrowroot, tamari or soy sauce and paprika. Turn skillet heat to low and stir cornstarch mixture into vegetables. Add cheese. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add a small amount of water, as needed, to prevent sticking. Adjust seasoning before serving.
