|Butter/Margarine||6 Tablespoon (3/4 Stick)|
|Toasted slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From A 4 Ounce Can)|
1. Cook the beans in separate large saucepans, drain. Season each with 1 tablespoon of the butter or margarine; spoon in separate mounds in a serving bowl; keep hot.
2. Heat remaining 4 tablespoons butter or margarine with almonds just until bubbly in a small saucepan; spoon in a row over beans.
