Green Beans With Hot Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Steam or boil green beans 5 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat; pour over green beans and serve.
