Ingredients
  Frankfurters 12 , heated
  Coney buns 12 , heated
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Coney sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Folks place franks in buns, smear on mustard, spoon on onion, then hot Coney Sauce.
Makes 12 Coneys.
To heat franks for picnic: Preheat a wide-mouth vacuum or insulated jug by filling with boiling water; let stand few minutes.
Empty; refill jug almost to top with boiling water, leaving space for franks; add lid.
When your picnickers are hungry, add franks to jug; let heat in the water, with lid on, for 7 to 10 minutes.
Remove franks from water with tongs.
