Lima Beans In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Fresh baby lima beans/2 packages, 10 ounces each frozen limas 3 Pound, shelled to make 3 cups
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon (Yellow Colored)
  Sour cream/Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Bring about 1 inch of lightly salted water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add the lima beans and cook, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes. If you are using frozen beans, cook, according to package directions. Drain in a colander.
2. In the same saucepan, melt the butter and cook, the onion over low heat for 1 minute.
3. Return the beans to the saucepan, add the sour cream and paprika, and stir all the ingredients together. Heat the mixture, but do not let it boil or the cream will curdle.
