Mixed beans can be a lot of fun if cooked right. This high protein meal is both nutritious and yummy. Enjoy a great meal served with brown rice.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed beans 1 Bag (1 kg)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Take a pan and add a chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic and stir. Add mixed beans and stir well. Add salt, pepper and cook till tender. Serve with brown rice. Enjoy!!
