Green Bean Casserole
|Frozen cut green beans||18 Ounce (2 Packages, 9 Ounces Each)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned french fried onions||2 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
1. Place beans in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on high 9 minutes or until tender, stirring twice during cooking. Drain.
2. In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir soup until smooth. Add milk, soy sauce and pepper; stir until well blended. Stir in beans, 1/2 of the olives and 1/2 of the onions. Cover with lid; microwave on high 7 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining olives and onions.
