Kidney Beans With Sweet And Hot Red Peppers

|Sweet red pepper||1 , seeded and diced|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and diced|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Canned kidney beans||19 Ounce, drained, rinsed|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Crushed hot red pepper relish||2 Tablespoon (Use The Wet Pack, Similar To Pickle Relish Found In The Italian Foods Section Of The Supermarket)|
|Hot cooked brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As An Accompaniment)|
Heat the oil in a medium-size skillet, and saute the sweet red and green peppers with the onion until they have softened.
Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
