Kidney Beans with Sweet and Hot Red Peppers

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet red pepper 1 , seeded and diced
  Green pepper 1 , seeded and diced
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Canned kidney beans 19 Ounce, drained, rinsed
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed hot red pepper relish 2 Tablespoon (Use The Wet Pack, Similar To Pickle Relish Found In The Italian Foods Section Of The Supermarket)
  Hot cooked brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As An Accompaniment)
Directions

Heat the oil in a medium-size skillet, and saute the sweet red and green peppers with the onion until they have softened.
Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
