Bourbon Baked Beans
|Canned baked beans||48 Ounce (3 Cans, About 16 Ounce Each)|
|Bourbon whiskey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple slices||5 , cut in half|
About 3 hours before serving time, empty beans into a 2-quart casserole.
Stir in bourbon and coffee.
Cover and let stand at room temperature.
About 11/4 hours before serving time, remove cover.
Bake at 350Â°F about 1 hour.
Remove casserole from oven and arrange pineapple around edge of beans.
Return to oven and bake 15 minutes
