Quick Smoked Beans

|Salt pork||4 Ounce, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Canned pork and beans||1 Pound (2 cans, 4 cups)|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Brown salt pork in skillet; drain.
In 2-quart bean pot, combine remaining ingredients.
Top with salt pork.
Bake uncovered on grill of hickory-smoker with hood down, 1 hour or longer.
