Quick Smoked Beans

Ingredients
  Salt pork 4 Ounce, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Canned pork and beans 1 Pound (2 cans, 4 cups)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown salt pork in skillet; drain.
In 2-quart bean pot, combine remaining ingredients.
Top with salt pork.
Bake uncovered on grill of hickory-smoker with hood down, 1 hour or longer.
