Kidney Bean Relish

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small
  Celery stalks 3
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned red kidney beans 17 Ounce, drained (1 can)
Directions

1. Chop together onion and celery; add hard-cooked eggs; chop again. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, pickle relish, pepper, and salt.
2. Add kidney beans; toss together. Refrigerate until served.
