Bean Pot Roast
|Beef round/Rump||2 Pound, cut into 2 inch cubes|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole parboiled small white onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peeled white potatoes||8 Small|
Put meat with salt into a bean pot with tight-fitting lid.
Cover and put pot in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven and add vegetables and pepper to taste.
Replace lid and continue cooking for 45 minutes longer, or until vegetables and meat are tender.
