Hot Style Beans And Tomatoes
|Fresh green beans||8 Ounce, cut in 1-inch pieces|
|Tomatoes||2 , sliced|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
In saucepan cook green beans in a little boiling waterfor 10 minutes; drain.
Tear off a 36x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
Fold in half to make an 18-inch square.
Fold up sides, using fist to form pouch.
Place drained green beans and tomato slices in center of pouch.
Combine chopped onion, butter, brown sugar, mustard, salt, horseradish, and dash pepper; beat till fluffy.
Dot butter mixture over beans and tomatoes.
Fold edges of foil to seal pouch securely, leaving space for expansion of steam.
Grill over medium-hot coals till heated through, 30 to 35 minutes.
