1. Place almonds and margarine in 1-quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high (100%), stirring every minute, until golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove almonds from casserole.
2. Place salt and beans in same casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer. Stir in almonds.
