Red Bean And Bacon Dip
|Bacon slices||3 , diced|
|Canned red kidney beans||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Place bacon in l 1/2-quart casserole. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until crisp, 1 to 2 minutes longer.
2. Stir in beans; mash with fork. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until hot, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Stir remaining ingredients except tortilla chips into bean mixture. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until hot, about 1 minute. Serve with tortilla chips.
