White Radish With Red Pepper And Black Beans

Ingredients
  Groundnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  White radish 12 Ounce, halved lengthways, then sliced diagonally (350 Gram)
  Red pepper 1 , cored, seeded and sliced
  Spring onion 4 , sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salted black beans 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, soaked if packaged
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat the groundnut oil in a wok, add the radish, red pepper, spring onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in the black beans and trickle over the sesame oil. Toss well, transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately.
