White Radish With Red Pepper And Black Beans
|Groundnut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|White radish||12 Ounce, halved lengthways, then sliced diagonally (350 Gram)|
|Red pepper||1 , cored, seeded and sliced|
|Spring onion||4 , sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Salted black beans||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, soaked if packaged|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
1. Heat the groundnut oil in a wok, add the radish, red pepper, spring onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in the black beans and trickle over the sesame oil. Toss well, transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately.
