Family Baked Bean Dinner

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks in juice 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , julienne-cut
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Polish sausage/Frankfurters 1 Pound, cut in 1-inch chunks
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Canned baked beans 32 Ounce (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
Directions

Drain pineapple, save juice for beverage.
Place green pepper and onion in 13 x 9-inch microwave-safe dish.
Cover, microwave on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes.
Add sausage, arranging around edges of dish.
Cover; continue microwaving on HIGH 6 minutes.
In bowl, combine brown sugar and mustard; stir in beans and pineapple.
Add to sausage mixture.
Stir to combine.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
