Grilled Swordfish With Green Beans And New Potatoes

Ingredients
  New red potatoes 4 Small, scrubbed
  Young green beans 1 Pound, trimmed (Tender)
  Swordfish steak 1 Pound (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Lemon wedges 4 (For Garnish)
  Parsley sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

TO PREPARE THE POTATOES: Put them in a saucepan and add cold water to cover by I inch.
Bring to a rolling boil, lower the flame, and cook at a rapid simmer for 18 to 20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
TO PREPARE THE GREEN BEANS: Fill a bowl with cold water.
Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a saucepan, add the green beans, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Dram and plunge into the cold water to stop the cooking and preserve the color, then drain again.
TO PREPARE THE SWORDFISH: Preheat the broiler.
Broil the swordfish 6 inches from the flame for 5 minutes on each side.
Check to see that the fish does not dry out.
