Green Beans And Pears
|Pears||2 , peeled and diced|
|Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, fried and crumbled|
|Bacon drippings||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green beans||2 Pound, blanched|
Saute pears in bacon drippings until tender.
Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes.
Add wine and broth and simmer until thickened.
Add blanched beans and cook until tender.
Stir in pears.
