Green Beans And Pears

Ingredients
  Pears 2 , peeled and diced
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, fried and crumbled
  Bacon drippings 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green beans 2 Pound, blanched
Directions

Saute pears in bacon drippings until tender.
Remove pears.
Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes.
Add wine and broth and simmer until thickened.
Add blanched beans and cook until tender.
Stir in pears.
