Mahi Mahi with Green Beans
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (1 medium sized)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French beans||18 Ounce (fresh)|
|Creamy mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mushroom||1 Can (10 oz), sliced (drained)|
|French fried onions||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mahi mahi pieces||6|
Butter a rectangular shape baking dish,pre heat the oven at 400 degrees.In a pan,add butter & heat it for a few seconds till it melts,saute onions in butter over medium heat,make sure that the onions do not burn.Pour wine in the pan,along with it add mushroom soup,diced mushrooms & beans.Cook it well,let the flavor of mushroom soup & wine mixes well with beans & diced mushrooms.Spread this mixture over the baking tray,this will make the base for fish.Now place the fish & fried onions on top of the mixture.Bake uncovered until bubbles start to form in the wine mixture and fish is hot.
If you want,before serving you can chop some beans & sprinkle over the fish.
