Three Bean And Franks Bake

  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Red bell pepper 1 , seeded and coarsely chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 , seeded and coarsely chopped
  Canned vegetarian baked beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned butter beans/Lima beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned red beans/Kidney beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Deli mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Beef franks/Reduced fat beef franks 12 Ounce, cut into 1 inch pieces (1 Package, Hebrew National)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil.Stir in franks.
3. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole or 9-inch square baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
