  Moong 100 Gram
  Matki 100 Gram
  Chana 100 Gram
  Peas 100 Gram
Directions

1. Wash the pulses and soak in water for 5 to 6 hours:
2. Drain the water and put the soaked pulses in a bowl. Cover with a piece of cloth. Do not tie the pulses in the cloth. Leave overnight.
