Mexican Black Bean Dip

Black beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) , cooked or canned, rinsed and drained
Salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon , ground


1. In a food processor, combine the beans, salsa, and cumin and process until smooth.

2. Stop once to scrape down the sides of the container with a rubber spatula and pulse one more time.

3. Serve immediately or stored in a covered container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
