Green Beans With Lemon And Browned Garlic

  Fresh green beans 1 Pound, trimmed
  Olive oil 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet; add beans, and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain; set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic; saute 1 minute.
Add beans; saute 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; saute 1 minute.
