Green Beans And Garlic
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Green beans||1 Pound, washed, trimmed, and cut into 2-inch pieces|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a large skillet, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned.
Remove garlic and discard.
Add green beans and stir fry over high heat until tender yet still crisp.
Add soy sauce and sugar, blending well.
Continue to cook until heated through.
