Baked Beans Open Sandwiches
|Canned baked beans||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cheese||4 Tablespoon, grated|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Lettuce leaves||5 (For Decoration)|
|Sliced cucumber||1 (For Decoration)|
|Capsicum rings||4 (For Decoration)|
|Carrot sticks||5 (For Decoration, Or Slices)|
In a pan, combine baked beans and butter and place on medium heat.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add chilli sauce, finely chopped mint leaves and garlic.
Add salt and pepper if necessary.
Remove crusts from bread.
Arrange on a plate.
Spread baked beans on bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese.
Wash, drain and finely chop salad leaves.
Spread evenly around the bread.
Decorate with the vegetables.
