Smoked Pork Chops With Baked Beans
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned pork and beans in molasses sauce||28 Ounce (2 Cans, 14 Ounce Each)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid smoke||4 Drop|
|Smoked pork chops||1 Pound (4 Pieces)|
1. Place bacon in a 13"x 9"x 2" oblong baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 3 1/2 minutes, or until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
2. Add onion to bacon drippings in baking dish. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 4 minutes, stirring once. Stir in beans, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. Add the pork chops, spooning the bean mixture over them.
3. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 10 minutes, or until hot, rotating the dish 1/2 turn once.
Let stand, covered, 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Top with crumbled bacon.
