Macaroni And Bean Bake
|Macaroni||7 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Non fat cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Canned beans||16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can, Pinto, Ranch, Or Red Of Choice)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can, Italian Or Mexican Style)|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Pepper red||To Taste, diced|
|Nonfat parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon (Alpine Lace Or Weight Watchers)|
Heat oven to 375° F.
Spray a 9-inch square glass baking dish with a non-fat cooking spray.
Combine macaroni, 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes, and peppers; mix well.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
