Macaroni And Bean Bake

Ingredients
  Macaroni 7 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Non fat cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Canned beans 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can, Pinto, Ranch, Or Red Of Choice)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can, Italian Or Mexican Style)
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Pepper red To Taste, diced
  Nonfat parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon (Alpine Lace Or Weight Watchers)
Directions

Heat oven to 375° F.
Spray a 9-inch square glass baking dish with a non-fat cooking spray.
Combine macaroni, 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes, and peppers; mix well.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
