Garlic & Rosemary Green Beans
|Prosciutto/Bacon||1⁄2 Ounce, chopped (15 Gram)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced / pressed|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green beans||1 Pound, ends removed (455 Gram, Slender)|
|Salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
1. In a wide nonstick frying pan or wok, stir-fry prosciutto over medium-high heat just until crisp (about 1 minute). Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
2. Add garlic, chopped rosemary, and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water to pan. Stir-fry just until garlic is fragrant (about 30 seconds; do not scorch). Add beans, 1/3 cup (80 ml) water, and salt. Cover and cook just until beans are tender to bite (about 3 minutes). Uncover and stir-fry until liquid has evaporated.
3. Arrange beans on a rimmed platter, sprinkle with prosciutto, and garnish with rosemary sprigs. Season to taste with pepper.
