Black Bean & Jicama Salad

Ingredients
  Canned black beans/2 cups cooked about 1 cup /200 gram dried black beans, drained and rinsed 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can / 425 Gram)
  Peeled chopped jicama 115 Gram (1 Cup)
  Panela cheese/Feta cheese 33 Gram, crumbled (1/4 Cup)
  Lime juice 45 Milliliter (5 Tablespoons)
  Minced cilantro 15 Gram (1/3 Cup)
  Thinly sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter lettuce leaves 8 , rinsed and crisped
Directions

ln a bowl, combine beans, jicama, cheese, lime juice, cilantro, onion, honey, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. (At this point, you may cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.)
