Marinated Ceci Beans
|Canned garbanzo beans||30 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Olive oil/Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
In saucepan combine undrained beans, garlic, rosemary, and 1 cup water.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
In screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; cover and shake well.
Pour over beans; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight; stir occasionally.
