One Pot Cabbage Potatoes And Beans
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Shredded cabbage||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Dried thyme||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned white beans||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|White potatoes||1 Pound, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Heat the oil in a large nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 4 minutes.
2 Add the thyme, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, just until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the beans, potatoes, and water; bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes.
