Baked Cannellini Beans

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned cannellini beans 40 Ounce, drained (Two 20 Ounce Cans)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Salami 4 Ounce, chopped (Pepperoni Or Mortadella)
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shredded provolone cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

In skillet cook onion and garlic in cooking oil till onion is tender.
Stir in cannellini beans, tomatoes, salami, basil, oregano, and pepper.
Turn mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle with provolone cheese; bake about 5 minutes longer or till cheese is melted.
