  Chopped pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Defatted chicken stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can, White Kidney / Navy)
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

In a large frying pan, combine the peppers, tomatoes, onions, stock and garlic; cover and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
Add the beans, orange juice, rosemary and orange rind; cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until hot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
