Green Bean Tart
|Refrigerated pie crust/Pastry for single-crust pie||1|
|Vegetable soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Swiss Or White)|
|Fresh green beans||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
On lightly floured cookie sheet, unfold pie crust.
Fold crust edges over 1 inch to form rim.
Brush with egg yolk beaten with water.
Bake 9 minutes; set aside.
In medium bowl, blend vegetable soup mix, milk, cheese and 1 egg.
Arrange green beans on prepared crust; evenly pour soup mixture over beans.
Bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden and egg is set.
