Green Bean Tart

Ingredients
  Refrigerated pie crust/Pastry for single-crust pie 1
  Egg yolk 1
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Swiss Or White)
  Egg 1
  Fresh green beans 8 Ounce, cooked, drained
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
On lightly floured cookie sheet, unfold pie crust.
Fold crust edges over 1 inch to form rim.
Brush with egg yolk beaten with water.
Bake 9 minutes; set aside.
In medium bowl, blend vegetable soup mix, milk, cheese and 1 egg.
Arrange green beans on prepared crust; evenly pour soup mixture over beans.
Bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden and egg is set.
