Tangy Green Beans
|Green beans||9 Ounce, frozen (French-style)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, snipped|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||3 Tablespoon, shredded|
Cook frozen beans according to package directions along with the onion; drain.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan combine parsley, cornstarch, salt, and pepper; stir in water.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more, Stir in yogurt and drained bean mixture; heat through.
Turn into serving dish; sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
